Brianna Primozic Rapp earned her Bachelor of Science cum laude from Vanderbilt University and obtained her Juris Doctor cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, Mrs. Rapp served as Lead Articles Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal and was an active founding member of the Pepperdine Asylum & Refugee Law Clinic, where she worked closely with clients seeking asylum or refugee status throughout the application process.
Mrs. Rapp represents employee and union clients in all areas of employment law. Her practice focuses on wage and hour class action litigation, as well as matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, breach of contract, medical leaves, and union and public-sector employment issues. She is an active member of the ABA Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee, and a contributing author for the FLSA Subcommittee Midwinter Report. Since 2012, she has also served as a Chapter Editor for The Rutter Group California Practice Guide: Employment Litigation.
